Essential Guides was set up in 2007, as a collaborative between Primary and Secondary Care Professionals. The vision was to provide gold standard educational courses at an affordable cost to trainees, where the course content was guided by trainee needs.

In order to provide the best environment for learning, we believe in small group teaching, which provides the best results for both trainee and trainer. One of our most popular sessions are “discussion forums” where delegates can shape some of course content by posing questions to the faculty prior to the event date. The faculty can then shape the course content, tailoring it to the needs of the delegates. This technique allows delegates to have a voice in the development and delivery of the course, and ensures that our events our delegate-centred.

Courses are run throughout the year, at a variety of locations throughout England, and are Specialist led.
